Browser

The JingleBox Browser browser allows you to easily search through all your audiofiles on you harddisk. You can categorize your jingles by placing them in different directories. That way you can find the jingle you are looking for in the blink of an eye.
You can place a 'view filter' in the browser, if you want the browser to display only the jingles with a specific phrase in the filename. For example, if you set the filter to the phrase "news", only audiofiles which have that phrase in their filenames are displayed, making it even easier to find what you're looking for.
From the browser, you can easily load the audiofile in a player, Recorder or in the Timelock playlist.
NOTE: Audiofiles may not be placed in the root of a drive. Always place audiofiles in a directory.
Wrong: "C:\audiofile.wav"
Right: "C:\audio\audiofile.wav"
To load more than one jingle at the same time, you can create a so-called 'set'. A set is a combination of up to four jingles that can be loaded with just two mouseclicks. This is handy if you use a specific combination of jingles frequently. To create a set, load the audiofiles into the players and click on the 'save set'-button in the Browser. All audiofiles and cuepoints are stored in the set file.

The information panel
With the Browser Info feature you can add additional information to every audiofile. The information text appears in the Browser Info panel when the user selects that audiofile. Information files can be created, changed or deleted independent from the audiofile itself. To enter or modify an information text, click on the audiofile in the Browser and unlock the text in the information panel by clicking on the lock button.
