Services (Resources)

Each master can create a profile (service, resource) to run his personal schedule. You can instantly switch between profiles to view the schedule of any specialist at any given moment. For your convenience PhotoLab Calendar also allows viewing multiple profiles at a time, to view the schedules of several or even all services simultaneously. Each service (resource) has a unique image and a caption to display within the calendar.

As such, it doesn't matter which resource types you need to display - human resources, services, PhotoLab department resources, labs etc. Once resources have been created, the scheduler will display several parallel timelines. For creation of any resource choose Home->Services menu command (and the "+" button). Timelines for different resources are automatically colored.

The Services list Editor is used for editing of resources ( "+" additions , changes, "-" deletes).

If services (resources) are present, you can specify whether plans should be grouped first by dates or by resources ( Options menu->Group By option).

A Resource Navigator to scroll resources in different ways or to limit the number of resources that are visible in the view. It consists of navigation buttons and a scrollbar (Screenshot):
