Capture Sequence of Images

Using Webcam Surveyor you can automatically capture sequence of images with an interval of time of a second to 59 hours. It supports JPEG, PNG and BMP image formats and also you can capture images in AVI video file.

1. Set up automatically capture sequence of images

To set up video compression options open: Main Menu>Options>Program Options and select Image Sequence in Program Options dialog box.

• Define time interval in this boxes (1);
• Check box (2) if you want to insert date/time in captured image;
• If you want to capture only a certain numbers of images then check this box (3) and set number after which the capture will be stopped.
• Select output format (4)
• Click on the button (5) with 'Folders' icon to select the folder in which to save images. You can see this folder in Browser Images Tab. Also you can enable 'Ask file name before capture of image sequence starts' option in General Settings.

Note: To set up JPEG file settings go to JPEG Qulity tab in Program Options dialog box. Also you can set up video compression for AVI files. See here for more info.

2. Start capture sequence of images

To start capture sequence of images click on Image Sequence button . To stop capture click on the Stop button .
